Jennifer and Collin Preziosi turned their love of Italy and their hometown into a specialty market designed to bring great food and good people together.
Inspired by Tradition
Collin’s culinary journey took him from BOCES to the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, and even to Calabria, Italy, where he immersed himself in authentic Italian techniques and traditions. His experience in respected local kitchens—including La Tavola in Sayville—shaped a philosophy centered on quality ingredients, patience, and craftsmanship.

For Jennifer and Collin Preziosi, hospitality has always been more than a career—it has been a way of life. After marrying, they decided it was time to turn that dream into reality. Nestled in the heart of Bellport Village at 139 South Country Road, Off the Wheel was born as a celebration of exceptional cheese, artisanal charcuterie, handmade foods, and the timeless joy of gathering around the table.
The Art of Cheese & Charcuterie
At the heart of Off the Wheel is a carefully curated collection of international cheeses and premium cured meats sourced from celebrated producers around the world. From aged Manchego and authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano to creamy Brie, Gruyère, Stilton, Taleggio, and locally loved Humboldt Fog, every cheese is selected for its exceptional flavor and heritage.

Every day, Jennifer and Collin bring their culinary passion to life through fresh sandwiches, homemade ravioli, artisan ciabatta, sourdough, baguettes, soups, prepared meals, olives, and seasonal specialties. Customers quickly fell in love with the freshness, generous flavors, and attention to detail that define everything they create. It’s food made the old-fashioned way—with care.
Sharing the Craft
Their lower-level studio was designed as a creative gathering space where guests can learn the art of fresh mozzarella making, handmade pasta, charcuterie styling, and other culinary traditions. Alongside these hands-on experiences, paint-and-sip evenings bring together food, creativity, and community in a uniquely Bellport way.
